Product Description

The system is used for sampling materials from truck and train carriages.

In light of the characters and features of the materials, the auger sampling system can adopt full depth sampling auger or stratified short auger.

The system generally adopts big and small travelling cranes which can move along the carriage length and width direction. Because the big travelling crane can be installed by land supporting mode and suspension mode, the carriage sampling has been correspondingly called gate type and bridge type sampling.

In normal situation, the train carriage sampling adopts gate type, and sample preparation section is directly installed at the bottom of the small travelling crane and move together with the crane. The rejected sample returns to the carriage directly; While the truck sampling usually adopts bridge type, sample preparation section is located at a special purpose room, and the rejected sample is temporarily stored in a hopper or a pool.
